The licence

The SaaSTasks Desktop Lifetime License grants one purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased desktop version/plan of SaaSTasks for as long as it is offered and runs on supported systems, on up to 3 of the purchaser’s computers at a time, with no limit on the number of projects or sites. It is not a subscription.

What is not included

• No hosted AI or compute is included or promised. You pay your own AI/API/provider costs.
• Optional future cloud services may be offered separately and priced separately; they are not part of this licence.
• The software is provided as is, as pre-release software until announced otherwise. You are responsible for backing up your work and reviewing any AI-generated change before applying it.

Activation and validation

The app activates each computer with our licence server and re-validates about every 30 days, with a 14-day offline grace period. If validation lapses the app will still let you view, export and back up your data.

Refunds and revocation
